Angelscast host Erica Bardin hails from inside the orange curtain and chose to vigorously follow the Angels over the Dodgers at a young age. Maybe it was that she had better seats at the Big A, maybe she liked rooting for the underdog in hopes of one day seeing it pay off (2002), or maybe she was just a sucker for small ball. For whatever reason, she has stuck by the Angels through all their name changes and other ups-and-downs.
Erica just finished graduate school at USC earning her masters in broadcast journalism after surviving New York for two years. She earned her undergraduate degree in communication at UC San Diego which is known for a strong athletic program - you've heard of the Tritons haven't you? Having Trojan lineage in her family, she also has a strong addiction to USC football, which will be even harder to kick this year.
Last year, she worked at the NFL Network, learning the art of football overconsumption. She can't wait for the fall.
Also, she is still looking for those notes from grade school that reveals what she's supposed to be when she grows up.
